A unique courtyard solution was developed to address this challenging, narrow 5.6-acre site located along the Adyar Creek on MRC Nagar Main Road in Chennai. The project design provided for a gross construction area of 545,200 square feet, with 317 apartment units designed for a wide range of buyers. Units range from 495-square-foot studios to 2,800-square-foot luxury units, allowing units from one to four bedrooms. Amenities at this six-story condominium development include a swimming pool, a 10,800-square-foot residents' clubhouse, and basement parking for 660 vehicles. The development builds around two courtyards. The larger one surrounds a swimming pool, while the smaller courtyard surrounds a garden. Within the apartment blocks, smaller courtyards provide natural cross-ventilation and lighting. The development offers larger units along Adyar Creek.
